Documents are what we do best. Interdoc specialises in getting legally important paperwork across borders quickly and economically โ and we carry parcels too, for whenever your shipment is more than paper.
Interdoc operates two complementary international courier products from South Africa, designed to cover everything an individual or small business needs to send across a border.
International Documents (ICD)
Flat paperwork in a flyer envelope, 0.5โ2 kg billable. The most economical express option for contracts, certificates, visa supporting documents, court papers, and anything else where the legal weight is in the wet-ink signature. Cleared through customs as documents (not goods), which keeps the transit time short and typically avoids destination duties.
International Parcels (ICP)
Anything that isn't flat paperwork โ samples, gifts, e-commerce orders, spare parts, personal effects. 0.5โ23 kg billable, door-to-door to 248 countries, customs documentation prepared by us, optional declared-value insurance. Destination duties are payable by the recipient on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis โ see T&Cs Section 5.
Add-ons available on every shipment
- Declared-value insurance โ optional cover above our default liability limit, priced on the value you declare at booking. See T&Cs Section 8 for the standard liability cap.
- Saturday or after-hours pickup โ by arrangement; contact us before booking.
- Signature on delivery โ included on most ICP shipments by default; available as an upgrade on ICD.
Volume and account customers
If you ship more than ten times a month, get in touch โ we can set up an account with monthly billing and a volume rate that's lower than the per-shipment price shown on this site.
